Bookings
A security fee is required to secure your chosen date. This fee will be applied towards the total cost of your hairstyling & makeup services on the day. The security fee is non-refundable & non-transferable under any circumstances.
By paying the security fee you are agreeing to these terms & conditions.

Cancellation or changes to your booking
Full payment is required via direct deposit at least 2 weeks prior to your wedding date. Funds must have cleared prior to commencing work.
If for any reason you need to cancel your makeup application and/or
hairstyling service, please notify us as soon as possible. At that time, we will reschedule your booking to a mutually agreeable date, provided it is available.
No booked services can be cancelled if a balance payment has already been made or if you notify us less than 21 days prior to your wedding, or less than 48hrs prior to your other function or event.
A change of time or location for your appointment may be refused if we are not available, or if the change will impact on other appointments. No booking fee will be refunded if you change your booking in such a way that it is not practical for us to attend.

Hair and makeup preview
Any preview sessions or trials must be paid in full on the day after service is applied.

Travel
Travel fee is included in the package price within the sunshine coast.
Travel fee is calculated as per the ATO 78 cents per kilometre
Plus $25 per hour from Sippy downs.

Health and Safety
We are not responsible for any allergic reactions or hypersensitivities to the products used. If you are aware of any allergies or hypersensitivities, please notify us of this prior to receiving any services.
Early call out fee
A $50 early morning fee will be charged if start time is before 6:30am

Use of images
Clients accept Hayley may bridal to use video/photos for social media and advertising platforms.
